5. Customer Rights and Obligations

• The customer must allow access to the service location and provide necessary cooperation.
• The customer agrees to pay the agreed price within the specified time frame.
• Any defects or issues during service performance must be reported without undue delay.

6. Provider Rights and Obligations

• The provider undertakes to perform the agreed services professionally and within the agreed timeframe.
• The provider reserves the right to refuse service if the customer does not provide the necessary cooperation or fulfill obligations.
• In the event of force majeure, the provider may reschedule the service or terminate the contract.

7. Complaints

• The customer has the right to complain if the provided service does not meet the agreed terms.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue.
• The provider is obliged to handle complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

8. Data Protection

9. Final Provisions

• These terms and conditions are valid from the date they are published on the provider’s website.
• The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Customers will be informed in advance of any changes.
